What happens after I place my order?

After you have placed your order and after checkout, we will send you an email notification showing the products ordered.  Check this email to ensure all is OK and you can "Contact Us" if you need to make any changes.

Sometimes order confirmations will go to your spam folder so check there as well and add us to your safe list.

You can always check whats happening with your orders by logging into "My Account"  (if you have opened an account) and checking your Order History

What happens if what I have ordered is not in stock or "Sold Out"?

It's our goal to have most items available for same day or next day despatch to you.

However from time to time we may be waiting for orders to arrive ourselves from local suppliers or overseas.

Whatever the circumstance we will contact you as soon as we can to advise the situation and what the anticipated wait time will be for your order.  Normally you will have any temporarily out of stock items within 5 days.

If you have ordered multiple items we will ship what we have and send the out of stock item later.

If an item is listed as "Sold Out" it means we are temporarily out of stock of that item and delivery may be up to a couple of weeks away - if you would like to be notified when your favourite item comes off the "Sold Out" list please quickly drop us a message by going to the   "Contact Us" page and filling in your details - we'll come back to you with an expected delivery time of your product.
